I’m not good at writing reviews with a plenty of data.

So I like to put it in a colloquial way.

I had a pair of 8" Coaxial Q8 monitors before and also bought a Genelec 8351A for the main monitoring. I calibrated my Q8 with APC at first hand. Once done, everyone in the room was amazed by the before-and-after contrast as if they were not the same pair. My Q8, after calibration, turned out to be so flat without any unnecessary stuff, sounding very similar to Genelec’s 8351.

Then I used APC on 8351 correction as well (Genelec also offers its own calibration kit). Compared to APC’s solution, Genelec’s calibration kit seemed a bit weak with many phase issues. Before I got to know SineMedia’s APC, it took me about 3 days for mixing due to the difficulties in dealing with EQs. However, with the help of APC, I not only got all my room phase issues solved, but also canceled a 50Hz standing wave.

I can surely say that, SineMedia’s APC, this domestic brand with pure Chinese blood, will surprise the whole world with its super excellence in the coming future.

Anyway, I bought it right there without a second’s hesitation. I felt grateful that I could enjoy the beauty of technology one step ahead of most would-be APC customers.

I can proudly tell everyone now that my studio has the most standard monitoring system with the best EQ.

All thanks to APC.
